CleverLoop will save all video in SD (Standard Definition) by default. The reason for this is not all internet connections are strong enough to handle HD (High Definition). In order to save video alerts to HD you must enable this feature on each camera's settings page.

Enabling HD will use more data than SD and if you are placing the camera where the Wi-Fi signal is weak then you may experience some loss of video clips. We highly recommended you only enable HD video when:

1. The local network bandwidth of your router is above 500Mb -- which is the case for the majority of modern routers.

2. The camera is in a strong Wi-Fi signal area or is plugged directly into your router using an Ethernet cable.
