After you change the monitoring position of your camera you should also reset the learning algorithms.
Go to each camera's settings page and press the 'Forget All Learned Patterns' button. This will refresh the learning patterns and give CleverLoop a blank canvas to learn the camera's new position. The only down side is you may face a number of false alerts in the first few days while the system begins to learn this new environment.
