To maximise your data safety, we provide the option to change the Base Station password once you have your Base Station linked to your CleverLoop account via the app.
To change Base Station password, please go to the Base Station Setting page, and click "Reset Base Station PWD".
Type in original Base Station pasword, which is located on the sticker underneath your Base Station. Then you can change this password to a new 6-digit password
If you have changed and forgotten your password, then you can use the Reset to Factory Settings button on the app to reset the Base Station back to factory default. This will reset the password back to default (on the sticker underneath the Base Station).
Not, resetting your Base Station to factory default will require you to set it up as from new, and all learned patterns on the cameras will be forgotten.
