Many businesses and offices run multiple routers, switches and networks as part of their IT systems.

When setting up a CleverLoop system in a more complex network, please make sure that the Base Station is directly connected to the public internet. You can plug it into switches or routers, but please be sure to unblock it from your office firewall or other mechanisms that might stop it from getting to the public internet.

The other thing to note is that a Base Station and any cameras connected to it should be on the same local network, no matter whether you are using a switch or a router. If the cameras and Base Station are on different local networks then it won't be possible to transfer the video feed from the cameras to the Base Station.

If you are using multiple Base Stations, you can use a different local network for each, but make sure each bundle (i.e. Base Station and its connected cameras) are within the same local network.
