On Apple iOS devices you have options about how your devices gives you notification of CleverLoop alerts.
Go to the phone setting page on your Apple iOS device. You will find this by clicking the setting icon for your phone. Then find notifications, and then find the CleverLoop app.
Now you can change how your device gives you notifications from CleverLoop (i.e. sounds, badge app icon, show on lock screen etc).
