If you have multiple users accessing using Geofencing function, then:
System will Auto-Arm only when all users are out of the Geofencing Range
System will Auto-Disarm when the first user comes back into Geofencing Range.
If you are having issues with multi-user Geofencing, you can check members 'Geofencing Status' in User Management Page, which is on top right of main menu, indicated by a human figure icon. From here you can change or delete delete a user's Geofencing Status if it is not shown correctly.
Note: CleverLoop doesn't offer the option of an account which provides for Geofencing control of the system, but without access to video alerts.
