The easiest way to find out the IP addresses of cameras attached to your CleverLoop system is the 'Camera Diagnose" function built in to the CleverLoop app.
However, if you want to search for the IP addresses of the cameras on your local network from your PC, you can use a program called SearchPro.
To use SearchPro, please make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected to both the camera and your router, then follow these steps:
- Download and install the attached SearchPro software on your computer (click the blue link at the bottom of the page).
- Make sure the search mode is 'SmartP2P' and click the 'Search' button next to it.
- You should now be able to see all the cameras on your network. To identify individual cameras, compare the device name on the SearchPro list with the DID on the sticker on the back of the cameras.
If you want to access the back end settings of a camera , highlight the camera on the SearchPro list, and click on ‘Browse’. The default username and password for the camera are "admin" and "123456". If you have changed the camera's credentials then you will need to enter these new details.
